1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bda9 platform — including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and bda9 (the "Company").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bda9 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bda9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bda9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will verify your age at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bda9 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bda9 or any other gambling platform.
• You have not previously had a bda9 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active bda9 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number, the same IP address, or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. bda9 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and identity verification to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by bda9. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bda9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bda9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify bda9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bda9 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, upon registering a new account. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your registered mobile number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirmation)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on bda9 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. bda9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes communicated to players through the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. bda9 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions to Bangladesh mobile wallets.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

bda9 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of any suspicious activity on the account. Players must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bda9 may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any dormancy fee is applied. The fee will not reduce the account balance below ৳0.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bda9 are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus terms apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements; contribution percentages by game type are displayed in the platform's promotions section.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bda9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, staking patterns designed to guarantee bonus completion with minimal risk, colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in promotional configurations. Players found to be abusing bonuses will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window will expire automatically. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the bonus validity period will be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules and Sports Betting

6.1 Casino Games

6.3 Dispute Resolution for Games and Bets

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or a settled bet, you must contact bda9 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed outcome. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. bda9's decision on game and bet disputes is final, subject to the review process described in Section 14.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bda9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate guaranteed profit
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, account blocks, or self-exclusion orders using VPNs, proxies, or alternate devices

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bda9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bda9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bda9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the bda9 platform without the express written consent of bda9. Unauthorised use of bda9's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bda9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bda9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Outcomes of games or bets that you consider unfair or incorrect, where those outcomes have been independently verified as correct by the relevant game provider
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank
• Loss of winnings resulting from your breach of these Terms, including duplicate account creation or bonus abuse

bda9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bda9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on bda9, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

bda9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bda9 platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention organisations where required by law or where bda9 has a legitimate interest in doing so.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by bda9

bda9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, duplicate account creation, or any conduct that bda9 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

12.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bda9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the payment method on file within ten (10) business days of the closure being confirmed, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.

12.3 Effect of Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and bets will be frozen. bda9 will communicate the outcome of any investigation and its decision on the account within 30 calendar days of the suspension being imposed, except where the investigation requires cooperation from third parties or law enforcement agencies.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bda9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or to address an urgent security or compliance matter.

Your continued use of the bda9 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bda9 platform. In the event of any dispute between you and bda9 that cannot be resolved through bda9's internal support and complaints process, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified by bda9 at the time of the dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you must first submit your complaint to bda9 support and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved internally. bda9's formal complaints procedure is initiated by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed written description of the matter in dispute.
